Once completed the Interior Architecture studies in Madrid, I carried out several projects in Tenerife and then moved to Barcelona where I developed larger projects in different disciplines, as well as different typologies: large office spaces, stands for fairs and high-level retail stores. In Belgium I started a new professional stage influenced by the Nordic style and worked for different Interior architecture studios, as well as architects developing residential projects, lofts, apartments and villas.

In Antwerp I founded VINTAGEFORKIDS, a concept store with a chic and modern style, where the restoration of iconic objects; the collaboration with young designers and the own production based on fair trade, created the spirit of the brand. After that, and during two years, I worked as an art consultant travelling and meeting artists and gallery owners around the world.

Later on, I was asked to promote a Private Foundation for a Modern Art collector in Antwerp with the idea of producing and selling limited edition pieces, in collaboration with the artists exhibited there. In 2011, I returned to Tenerife, to my roots. I made interior design projects and house reforms. It was an introspective stage on personal and professional research. I also got in touch with artisans from the Islands with whom I made furniture design prototypes.

I believe in the fusion of handicraft’s knowledge and the recycling of materials. Through handicraft we identify ourselves as individuals and as societies. Above all, it is a treasure we should safeguard and admire. Respect for products with history, has today, more than ever, an ethical and moral value, never before experienced.
